Give - Coronado Foundation for the Future, Inc.
Donations
Financial support of the Mission of Coronado Foundation for the Future, Inc. is welcome in any amount. In addition to general donations, your tax-deductible gifts may be designated for specific programs, needs, or scholarships.
* Providing grants and scholarships to students. The Foundation has awarded four one-time Eugene Hanson Memorial Scholarships to graduating seniors who participated in Fine Arts. An endowment for the Eugene Hanson Memorial Scholarship Fund could permit renewable scholarships and/or a perpetual source of funding for a scholarship in Eugene Hanson’s name. The Foundation also awarded one need-based General Academic Scholarship to an outstanding graduating senior.
* Supporting innovative programs and teacher development. Coronado Foundation for the Future, Inc. has provided funding for professional development for teachers and for the reintroduction of the Academic Decathlon program.
* Providing grants to enhance the educational experience. Audio-visual equipment was purchased by the Foundation for the use of the entire school, and additional equipment was awarded to the English department, Math and Science departments. Chair dollies for the Engineering department to assist in setting up school assemblies were purchased as a memorial gift in honor of Jim Hoffman, and a grant to maintain and repair photographic equipment was awarded to Coronado’s outstanding Photography program.
